I first began practicing yoga to help improve postural problems (scoliosis) and
the subsequent neck pain that resulted. However it was the dramatic change in my vitality and my general outlook on life that made me so enthusiastic about yoga.
Prior to discovering YogaHealth I studied a Japanese form of yoga called Okido Yoga as well as the more traditional forms such as Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga.
I love the gentle and respectful approach experienced in a YogaHealth class. Anyone can do this style and as a result feel good in their bodies and minds.
I feel very fortunate to be doing this for a living.
