Shambo was great at working out what the group wanted by asking us about what ails/interests us most.

We spent about 35 minutes seated being taken through fabulous stretching routines that would help most of our prevailing conditions – sore necks, sore between the shoulders, middle back and lower back issues (including sciatica relief).

Then we had a blissful 25 minutes on the mats including a 15 minute yoga meditation which is the best i’ve experienced so far.

We’ve all probably taken about 7 years off the age of our spines and I can’t wait for the next session.
